INGREDIENTS

2 oz Arta Reposado
1.25 oz Fresh pineapple juice
.75 oz Yuzu juice
.25 oz Agave nectar
3 Cardamom seeds
1 Pinch Sea salt
Champagne to top

DIRECTIONS

In a Boston shaker muddle the cardamom and salt. Add the rest of the ingredients, except the champagne, shake with ice and double strain into a highball glass. Top with champagne or sparkling wine.
