Raspberry Cooler Popsicle

INGREDIENTS

3 oz Arta Anejo
1/2 pound fresh raspberries
1/2 qt water
3/8 oz fresh ginger juice
1/16 cup of local honey
1/8 qt simple syrup
1/8 oz hibiscus flowers

DIRECTIONS

Steep hibiscus flowers for 5 minutes. Let the steeped flowers rest for 15 minutes in 1/2 qt of water. Strain into the fresh raspberries. Juice the fresh ginger and add to raspberry mixture. Add the honey and simple syrup. Last but not least add Arta Anejo Tequila. You can add a little more than 3 oz or a little less to taste. Blend well and freeze.
